Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 21, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to TextTree.ai and all related websites, applications, APIs, messaging services, phone-number services, subscriptions, prepaid balances, and other products or services provided by AquiferDAO LLC, a Republic of the Marshall Islands limited liability company doing business as TextTree.ai (“TextTree,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. All Sales Are Final

ALL SALES, PAYMENTS, SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES, RENEWALS, PREPAID BALANCE PURCHASES, USAGE CHARGES, PHONE-NUMBER FEES, ADD-ON PURCHASES, AND OTHER TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL, NON-CANCELABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, AND NON-REFUNDABLE TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that TextTree provides immediate access to digital services and infrastructure and that you have reviewed the applicable product description, pricing, and billing terms before purchasing.

2. No Refunds for Use or Non-Use

We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for:

• Partially used subscription periods;
• Unused subscription time;
• Unused or remaining prepaid SMS balance;
• Messages that are queued, sent, blocked, filtered, rejected, delayed, undelivered, or otherwise unsuccessful;
• Carrier filtering, carrier outages, recipient-device issues, invalid or unreachable telephone numbers, recipient blocking, or recipient opt-outs;
• Message failures caused by content, configuration, credentials, integrations, webhooks, customer systems, or third-party services;
• Phone numbers that have been provisioned, reserved, registered, connected, or assigned;
• Failure to use the Service;
• Accidental purchases or failure to cancel before renewal;
• Account suspension or termination resulting from a violation of our Terms and Conditions;
• Changes in your business, messaging needs, technical requirements, or legal eligibility;
• Service interruptions, maintenance, beta limitations, feature changes, or discontinued functionality;
• Changes in pricing or third-party provider charges;
• Prepaid balance that becomes inaccessible because an account is closed, suspended, abandoned, or terminated; or
• Any other reason except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law.

3. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

You may cancel a subscription through the billing portal or payment-processor interface made available for your account. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not reverse a charge already incurred.

Unless applicable law or the payment processor requires otherwise, cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period. No prorated refund or credit is provided for the remaining portion of that period.

Failure to use the Service does not constitute cancellation.

4. Prepaid Balance and Credits

Purchased prepaid balance:

• Is a limited contractual right to use eligible TextTree services;
• Is not a bank deposit, electronic money, security, currency, or stored-value account;
• Has no cash value outside TextTree;
• Does not earn interest;
• Is non-transferable;
• Cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, resold, or exchanged;
• Is consumed as eligible services are used; and
• Is non-refundable, including after cancellation or account closure, except where applicable law expressly requires otherwise.

Promotional, trial, coupon, or bonus credits may expire on the date stated when issued and may be revoked at any time. Promotional credits have no cash value.

5. Failed or Undelivered Messages

TextTree does not guarantee that any SMS or other communication will be delivered, received, read, or acted upon.

Telecommunications carriers, filtering systems, recipients, devices, network operators, regulators, and third-party providers may delay, reject, block, reroute, modify, or fail to deliver messages.

A failed, filtered, rejected, delayed, or undelivered message does not create a right to a refund. Charges may apply when TextTree or an upstream provider accepts, processes, routes, attempts, or segments a message, even if final delivery does not occur.

6. Billing Errors and Unauthorized Transactions

A verified duplicate charge or billing error may be corrected at our discretion or as required by law.

You must report suspected billing errors or unauthorized transactions promptly to support@texttree.ai and to the payment provider used for the transaction.

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable right relating to genuinely unauthorized payment activity.

7. Payment Processors and Merchants of Record

Certain purchases may be processed by a third-party payment processor or merchant of record, including Paddle or Stripe.

Where a third party is the merchant of record, that party’s buyer terms, refund policy, statutory obligations, and transaction procedures also apply. Refund and cancellation requests must be submitted through the method specified by the applicable merchant of record.

TextTree will not directly refund a transaction where the merchant of record requires that the refund be issued through its systems.

The applicable merchant of record may approve, deny, or require a refund despite this Policy where it determines that a refund is appropriate or legally required.

8. Mandatory Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or waives a right that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

Where applicable law grants a mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, defect, or consumer-protection right, that right will apply only to the minimum extent required by law.

Except for such mandatory rights, all sales remain final.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact support@texttree.ai and the applicable payment processor.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service while a chargeback, payment reversal, fraud investigation, or payment dispute is pending.

Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and recovery of associated costs to the extent permitted by law.

10. Effect of a Refund

If a refund is issued for any reason, we may immediately:

• Revoke the related subscription, license, number, balance, or service access;
• Deduct the refunded amount from your TextTree balance;
• Cancel associated credits or benefits;
• Suspend message processing; and
• Terminate or restrict the applicable account.
